The venue is completely accessible with step free entry and a continuous accessible path of travel throughout the whole venue, including our toilet facilities which are both fitted with emergency assistance alarms. There are also two benches located in the reception area for those unable to stand for long periods of time.

There is no parking onsite at our Swansea venue however there are plenty of surrounding pay and display car parks within close distance of the premises which have disabled parking including:

• Oxford Street Car Park – SA1 3AZ (140 metres)
• NCP Kingsway Car Park – SA1 5JQ (160 metres)
• The Quadrant Car Park – SA1 3QR (640 metres)

As a premises operating music to enhance the user experience, we appreciate that for some individuals this may be an issue, so please let us know if you or a member of your party have a hearing, sensory or cognitive impairment which could be affected.
