Urban Axe Throwing has become increasingly popular in Wales and we like to brag that we were the first to offer it when we launched our first premises in Cardiff in 2019, before bringing the fun to Swansea in 2022. COME DOWN
Once you arrive at Lumberjack you’ll be greeted by one of our experienced instructors who will show you to your axe throwing range.
DEMONSTRATION
We'll take you through a brief demonstration to show you how to safely throw an axe, as well as show off some of our skills!
AXE THROWING
Now you're ready to get stuck in, we’ll crank up the music, let you take the floor and before you know it, you’ll be tossing axes like a pro!
COMPETITION
With your new found skills, we’ll release the shackles and get the tournaments and games underway. It’s competition time and you’re in it to win it!
ADULTS
90 minute axe throwing experience perfect for all! You’ll have the expertise of our professional axe throwing instructor to guide you throughout so no experience necessary. Just £22pp!
STUDENTS
To help release some of that dreaded exam stress, we’ve reduced our 90 minute axe throwing experience to just £19pp every Tuesday – Thursday! All you need is a valid student ID.
UNDER 18's
Bring the whole family for a 90 minute axe throwing session where the kids show the adults what they’ve got and the adults show the kids whose boss! Under 18’s are discounted to £16pp with a minimum age restriction of 10 years old.
THROW + EAT
Our signature 90 minute axe throwing session with one of our freshly made rustic 10″ pizza’s thrown in too – perfect to keep you fueled up for plenty of axe throwing fun! Just £27 for adults and £21 for under 18’s.

Whether you’re looking to spice up your pre-wedding festivities with an axe throwing hen/stag do, wanting to celebrate your birthday in style or you’re looking for an exciting activity for your next company work do, we’ve got you covered!
MEMBERSHIPS
For all the axe throwing enthusiasts out there, we’ve set aside some dedicated time for you to take the floor and practice your favourite throws whilst socialising with like minded throwers for just £40 a month! It’s the perfect practice to get you ready for our monthly members only tournaments.

How old do you need to be?
Children 10 years old and above are welcome to throw at our ranges, but those under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Is it Safe?
All sports come with an element of risk however here at Lumberjack safety is our main priority. In the history of our business we’ve never had a serious injury because of the axes, and just to be safe, all of our instructors are first aid trained. You’ll also receive a full safety briefing before stepping into the range with the axes.
Where can I park?
There is no parking on site, however there are plenty of surrounding pay and display car parks within walking distance of the venue, including disabled parking:

How many people can come?
We have 6 ranges in Swansea and we recommend no more than 6 people to a range to ensure you each get enough throwing time. If you have more than 6 people in your party, we recommend booking additional ranges to accommodate for the amount of people coming. For larger bookings, please contact us to arrange.
What should I wear?
We love a good fashion statement here at Lumberjack, but all we ask is that you wear closed toe shoes and avoid heels as your safety is important to us (and there’s nothing fashionable about an injury!).
